How It Works

Direct Payment

All coordinator plans use direct payment — you pay your officers your way (check, 1099, or cash). There are no Stripe processing fees and no platform payment processing. xduty handles scheduling, not payments.

Fill Board

The Fill Board is available on the Pro+ plan. It helps you find coverage when your roster can't fill a shift — post open shifts, vet requests from verified officers, and approve the ones you want. There are no per-fill fees on Pro+.

Upgrading & Downgrading

Upgrade at any time from your dashboard — your new limits take effect immediately. Downgrade to a lower plan when your current billing period ends. You can't downgrade while you exceed the lower plan's limits (e.g., 5 contracts on Starter).

Officer Verification

Every officer on xduty verifies their law enforcement credentials — TCOLE PID, badge number, and either a .gov email or commission card upload. You always know who's showing up to your shifts.
